Note regarding Last Minute Orders: We're always happy to try to accomodate last minute orders - but we may need to add a $5 processing fee. We'll let you know prior to charging your card.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
Items in stock that have not met your satisfaction can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product shipped has a manufacturers’ defect or due to shipment errors on our behalf. Returns due to invalid addresses provided to BestFrogs.com or refused orders will not include shipping charge refunds. Special orders may be returned if they are defective or if an error in shipping has been made by us.
To ensure proper full credit on returns:
Contact us by telephone or email prior to your return so that we may provide you with the proper shipping and return authorization information.
Provide us with the reason for your return, your name, address, email address, phone number and the card number used for the purchase to obtain a return authorization code. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase once the package has been delivered to the manufacturer or us. You will be notified when the package has arrived and a credit to your card will be processed.
Include your name, address, phone number and return authorization code on the return-shipping label.
Include a copy of your receipt in the package
All returned items must be returned in original, re-usable manufacturers packaging and be in re-stockable/like new condition.
All returned items must be packaged well enough to prevent shipping damage.
Once your item is on its way back, please email us the tracking number. Your card will be credited once the product is received at our facility or the manufacturer’s facility and it has met the requirements listed above.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Currently, the majority of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping Costs will be calculated by weight.:
Location: Ship-from to ship-to addresses
Weight: The full weight of the product & packaging. USPS rounds up to the nearest pound. If a package weighs 12 oz, it will be calculated as 1 pound. If a package is 1 pound and 9 oz, USPS will calculate the package as 2 pounds.
Package Size: Oversized or irregularly shaped packages ship at slightly higher rates. USPS considers oversized packages when the combined length and girth exceeds 84 inches (10"x10"x10")
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship all in stock products on the same day we receive confirmation of your purchase during the business week. Saturday and Sunday orders are picked and packaged same day and ship out on the next business day, excluding USPS holidays.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground.
Shipment time and costs depends on where the shipment is being delivered and the weight of the package. Some orders may ship from different locations, arrive in separate packages and transit times may vary. We reserve the right to use a different carrier other than USPS if necessary.
Orders not in stock will vary in shipping time but usually will not exceed 10 business days. You will be notified via email if packages will be delayed past average shipping interval.
We calculate shipping days as business days only and do not include weekends or the USPS holidays listed below:

Ensure you are using a valid address that can accept shipments.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes - depending on the location. If you submit an order from an international address, we will contact you to let you know the shipping charges and you can then determine if you're ok with the cost.
What is your policy on damaged products?
We strive to ship our packages to resist damage; however, it is important that you inspect your package and ordered items promptly to ensure no damage has occurred. If a package has been delivered with any damage to your items, please contact us immediately by email service@bestfrogs.com or via phone at 914 241-7510. We will work diligently to remedy the situation.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us immediately via email service@bestfrogs.com or phone at 914 241-7510 with your name, a way we can contact you, your product information and shipping address to ensure a prompt response during our normal business hours. Remember that the majority of our products ship same day. If the package has already shipped or if you reject the shipment once it arrives prior to your cancellation notification to our company, you will incur shipping charges for shipment to you and for the unopened return shipment back to our facility.
